Days of Palestine – Ramallah
The Prisoners and Executives Affairs Authority said today, Wednesday, that the Ofer court has extended the arrest of the captive young woman, Anagim Awad, 21, who is a student from Hebron.
The commission indicated that the Salem Military Court also extended the detention of the young woman Shams Mashaqi from the village of Yasid, north of Nablus, until next Tuesday to complete the investigation, where she is at the "Jalameh" investigation center.
The commission added that the Israeli occupation authorities also extended the arrest of the ex-prisoner, Mona Qa'dan, for 9 days to complete the investigation two days after her arrest, knowing that she is a former prisoner, from Araba, south of Jenin, and is currently in the "Al Jalameh" investigation center.
The commission stated that the captive Qa'dan was arrested five times previously, during which she spent eight years in the occupation prisons, and went through harsh detention conditions.
Qa'dan is the wife of prisoner Ibrahim Ighbaria, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment for three times and ten years. She is also the sister of prisoner Tariq Qa'dan, who is administratively detained.
