Days of Palestine – Jerusalem
The Israeli occupation forces attacked the worshipers yesterday after they finished the Tarawih prayer near the Damascus Gate in occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces were deployed in the Bab al-Amoud area, following confrontations between them and the Palestinian youths at the site, after the residents rejected the occupation’s decisions to prevent them from sitting in the area.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces seized quantities of fast-breaking meals from Palestinian volunteers in Bab al-Asbat area near the Aqsa Mosque and expelled them from the area a few moments before Al-Maghreb's prayer.
Earlier in the night, the occupation forces carried out searches and vandalism near the al-Asbat Gate, one of the gates of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Islamic Endowments said that what happened in the Al Aqsa Mosque before Al-Isha prayer is a dangerous matter, as the occupation authorities stormed all the minarets of the Al Aqsa Mosque, pulled the doors off, cut all the wires connecting to the headphones, and threatened a number of endowment employees with arrest after they protested against this behavior.
