The spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, Hazem Qassem, said that the occupation army forces committed a new crime by killing the child Ali Abu Alia, 13, in Mughayir village, east of Ramallah.
Qassem explained that the death of the child Ali Abu Alya is one of the ongoing crimes against humanity, which requires the leaders of the occupation army to be held accountable as war criminals in the International Criminal Court.
Meanwhile, Qassem pointed out that the killing of the Palestinian child in Ramallah, as well as the attempt by a settler to burn the Church of Gethsemane in occupied Jerusalem, reflects the extent of terrorism practiced by all Zionist institutions and settlers.
He noted that normalization with the occupation encourages the occupation to escalate its aggression, terror and crimes against Palestinian people.
