Israeli settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, sabotaged several Palestinian vehicles in the occupied West Bank city of Salfit on March 20, 2023.
Palestinian local sources reported that Israeli settlers sprayed several vehicles with racist slogans and sabotaged them on a Salfit street.
Palestinian father Rami Shahin said that he was surprised in the morning as Israeli settlers vandalized his car and sprayed his home’s wall with racist slogans.
Shahin pointed out that the settlers’ attack caused him a loss of 2000 shekels after attacking his car.
About 700,000 Israeli settlers live currently in more than 200 settlements built on Palestinian lands.
Palestinian figures showed that Israeli forces and settlers carried out about 151 attacks against Palestinian families and their properties in the occupied West Bank in February 2023.
The attacks included assaulting Palestinians, uprooting trees, razing lands, seizing properties, burning and vandalizing vehicles, and closing roads.
