Israeli occupation authorities seized on Saturday, May 20, 2023, 5 dunams of land from Shufa village, located southeast of Tulkarm.
According to local sources, the Israeli authorities delivered notices indicating their intention to take control of approximately 5 dunams of land in the village. These lands are situated along the road extending from the military checkpoint of Shufa’s “Al-Burj” to the north, heading towards the “Avnei Hefetz” settlement, which was established on village lands.
The sources added that the villagers had previously submitted objections to invalidate the measures aimed at seizing these dunams of land, but their objections were met with rejection.
