Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed Tuesday morning, April 11, 2023, Al-Aqsa Mosque in an attempt to evacuate Palestinian worshipers and pave the way for a new brutal invasion by Israeli settlers.

Local sources in Jerusalem reported that large waves of Israeli settlers, accompanied by Israeli extremist settler Yehuda Glick, broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa mosque, and provocatively performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of heavily armed Israeli occupation forces.

The occupation forces deployed hundreds of its members and special units in Al-Aqsa courtyards, at its gates and barbarically assaulted Palestinian worshipers in order to secure Israeli settlers’ incursion there.

IOF have imposed restrictions at the entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem in front of worshipers, and a decision to prevent young Palestinian men from entering the Mosque.

Moreover, IOF kidnapped the Jerusalemite Mufid Al-Abbasi from his own home in the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Considering today’s incursion, there are more than 273 Israeli settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in 6 different groups until the moment.

Since the beginning of Ramadan, Israeli forces have stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque daily in the morning and following the Al-Tarawih prayer to suppress Palestinians and ignite a religious war in the region through the so-called Jewish Passover holiday.

Meanwhile, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli settlers’ incursions, which increased during the holy month of Ramadan.
