Extremist settlers stormed the Al–Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday morning, protected by the Israeli occupation forces, through the Al–Maghariba Gate.
Israeli occupation forces continued to restrict Palestinians from entering the Compound, verifying their identification and detaining some of them at the entrance.
Palestinians of Jerusalem renewed their demands to protect the Al–Aqsa Mosque, in order to oppose the intrusions of settlers and the attempt to Judaize it.
The so–called “Temple groups“ urged settlers to invade the Al–Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday and Wednesday to commemorate the purported Jewish holiday of Purim.
The Israeli settlers intensified their desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, engaging in Talmudic rituals and dances, as well as the “epic prostration“ at the entrance, supported by the Israeli occupation forces.
The Al–Aqsa Mosque is subjected to daily invasions by Israeli settlers, defended by the occupation forces, in an effort to secure overall authority over the mosque and to divide it temporally and spatially, with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays.
