Dozens of Israeli extremist settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, on Monday morning, September 5, broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, performing provocative Talmudic rituals.
The Department of Islamic Endowment in occupied Jerusalem reported on Sunday that groups of Israeli settlers invaded Al-Aqsa via its Al-Maghariba gate and performed provocative rituals in its courtyards.
During their tours, Israeli settlers, headed by extremist Yehuda Glick, received lectures about their alleged Temple and performed provocative rituals at Bab Al-Rahma gate.
On a daily basis, Israeli settlers carry out incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli occupation forces except on Fridays and Saturdays.
Palestinian reports have revealed recently that up to 7,000 Israeli settlers have raided Al-Aqsa Mosque since the start of August 2022.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation authorities impose suffocating restrictions on Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa, the third holiest site in Islam, routinely banishing Muslim worshipers from it.
