Scores of Israeli colonial settlers invaded Tuesday, 27 September 2022 the courtyards of the sacred Al-Aqsa mosque guarded by the heavily armed Israeli forces for the second consecutive day, performing Talmudic provocative rituals in its yards. 

Local media sources reported that a successive number of Israeli settlers broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa mosque and conducted provoking Talmudic rituals in some of its courtyards.

Thousands of well-armed Israeli forcses deployed in the compound Al-Aqsa mosque to safeguard colonial settlers’ incursions into Muslim holy sites in the occupied Jerusalem basically Al-Aqsa mosque during the so-called ‘Hebrew New year’ holidays. 

IOF also imposed stringent impediments on the entrance of Palestinians to Al-Aqsa mosque, only allowing people above the age of 40 access to the compound.

Media sources reported that some 264 colonial settlers invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound through its Maghariba Gate yesterday, ahead of the provocative so-called “Hebrew new year celebrations”. 

35 Palestinians were injured by Israeli troops while standing up to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound from the colonial settler’s violations. 

As part of a decades-old accord between Jordan and the Israeli occupation, non-Muslims are not allowed to perform any religious rituals inside the confines of Al-Aqsa Mosque, nor are Israeli symbols allowed to be displayed.
