Days of Palestine, West Bank –A Palestinian pregnant woman aborted on Monday morning after she was assaulted by Israeli Jewish settlers in Al-Khalil.
Locals said told Days of Palestine that the Israeli Jewish settlers assaulted the lady Mirvat abu-Rmaila, 37, when she was walking to her work.
The lady, from Tel-Romaida Neighbourhood in the outskirts of Al-Khalil, suffered bruises and scratches across her body. She was admitted to the government hospital in Al-Khalil for treatment.
Palestinian medical sources said that her conditions deteriorated and later on doctors discovered that her fetus was affected by the attack. Then, they decided she must be aborted to save her life.
Witnesses said that the settlers descended from the illegal settlement of Ramati Shai in the heart of the occupied Palestinian city.
