DaysofPal – Israeli settler militias carried out a new wave of attacks across the occupied West Bank over the past 24 hours, targeting Islamic holy sites, Palestinian homes, private property, and agricultural land while taking additional steps to expand settlement control and impose new realities on the ground.
In occupied Jerusalem, settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, where they performed Talmudic rituals in its courtyards. Elsewhere, settlers began laying a water pipeline near Palestinian homes and agricultural facilities in the Al-Mahtoush Bedouin community, east of the city.
In the northern Jordan Valley, settlers attacked Palestinian homes in Khirbet al-Ras al-Ahmar, southeast of Tubas, vandalizing their contents and destroying a surveillance camera system. They also raided another home in the same area.
In the Nablus governorate, settlers attacked a Palestinian home in the Al-Haraeq area of the town of Beita, south of the city. They also carried out provocative tours across the plains of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, and surrounded a home in the town of Qusra in an attempt to storm it.
In the Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate, settlers assaulted Palestinians in the Marj Si’ area between the towns of al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah. Israeli forces later detained several Palestinians at the same location.
Settlers also caused extensive damage to a Palestinian vehicle near the Khan al-Ahmar area, east of Jerusalem. In the town of Turmus Ayya, they entered a building under construction, raised the Israeli flag on it, and prevented its owners from accessing the property.
The attacks came as settlement expansion continued. Settlers erected a new tent outpost in the Tel al-Asour area east of Ramallah, while others carried out excavation work on Palestinian-owned land in the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron, in an effort to expand a settlement outpost established there recently. The activities form part of ongoing attempts to seize additional Palestinian land.
There were further incidents in the Hebron and Salfit governorates. Settlers stole crops belonging to Palestinian farmers in Khirbet al-Kharaba, east of al-Samu, and erected a tent on agricultural land in Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit. They also raided Palestinian homes in the eastern part of the town of Bruqin, reflecting an escalating pattern of settler attacks aimed at pressuring Palestinians and threatening their continued presence on their land.
In response, Palestinian groups and activists issued broad calls to escalate popular resistance and confront the growing wave of settler violence across the occupied West Bank.
