Today, November 26, 2022, two Palestinian detainees from the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian West Bank are entering new Year inside the occupation prisons, one of whom is with a life sentence.
The Palestinian detainee Ahmed Abdel Qader Ibrahim Aslim from Salfit, who was sentenced to life imprisonment and has been detained since 2002, spent 20 years in the Israeli occupation prisons.
The Detainee Omar Ismail Omar Wadi, 30, from Gaza City, who was sentenced to 18 years in prison and detained since 2013, spent 9 years in prison.
4700 Palestinians, including 32 women and 190 minors, are currently held in Israeli prisons under poor conditions.
