DaysofPal – The Follow-up Committee of the National and Islamic Forces has issued a strong condemnation of the ongoing targeting of unarmed Palestinians seeking food, describing it as a war crime and a modern-day form of tyranny that drags humanity back to the darkest eras of history. The Committee decried the brutality as barbaric and sadistic, a flagrant violation of international law and universal moral norms.
In a press statement, the Committee declared: “Every morning, the world awakens to new reports of Palestinians killed at so-called ‘aid distribution centers’—which have effectively become death traps across the Gaza Strip. Gaza has turned into a vast prison camp where civilians are denied even their most basic rights, including food and medicine.”
The statement noted a disturbing correlation between U.S. involvement in the current aid distribution mechanisms and the deaths of over 126 Palestinians, many of whom were already suffering from severe hunger due to the ongoing Israeli siege.
The National and Islamic Forces called on the international community to assume its moral and legal responsibilities by taking immediate, concrete action to stop the genocide and to confront the brutal crimes being carried out by the Israeli occupation.
They emphasized that the only legitimate, ethical, and effective method for aid distribution is through the United Nations and international organizations—particularly the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)—whose structure ensures transparency, neutrality, and humanitarian integrity.
The statement issued a pointed warning to all segments of Palestinian society—tribes, families, merchants, companies, and business owners—urging them to avoid any form of cooperation with the so-called GHC organization, which was accused of facilitating illegal and hostile operations under the guise of humanitarian work.
The factions announced that resistance security units have been fully authorized to take firm and decisive action against any individual or entity found collaborating with enemy plans or operating in coordination with unauthorized foreign actors. Collaborators, thieves, and criminal armed groups, the statement warned, will be treated as legitimate targets by the resistance.
Earlier on Sunday, according to Palestinian medical sources, at least 13 Palestinian civilians were killed and dozens injured as Israeli occupation forces opened fire on crowds attempting to access aid centers jointly operated by Tel Aviv and Washington in the southern cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis.
