DaysofPAL– The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza announced on Thursday that the number of people killed by Israeli occupation forces since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 11, 2025, has risen to 1,031, with an additional 3,309 individuals injured.
According to the ministry’s daily statistical report, hospitals across the Gaza Strip received two fatalities and 15 wounded individuals over the past 24 hours as a result of ongoing hostilities.
The ministry noted that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams continue to face significant challenges in reaching them due to ongoing risks and difficult field conditions.
It also reported that since the ceasefire began, 785 bodies have been recovered from areas that experienced widespread destruction during the Israeli genocidal war.
Efforts to locate missing persons and retrieve additional bodies are still ongoing.
Based on official figures, the cumulative death toll from the Israeli genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,043, with a total of 173,417 injuries reported. The figures highlight the extensive human losses resulting from the prolonged war.
The situation remains critical, with humanitarian conditions continuing to deteriorate amid ongoing violence and limited access for emergency response teams.
