Sheikh Nafez Azzam, a member of the Islamic Jihad’s Political Bureau, confirmed today, Wednesday, July 13th that he believes US President, Joe Biden’s visit to the region carries malicious intentions and does not carry a new vision for the Palestinian cause, nor to that of other nations
Sheikh Azzam said in a statement to Voice of Jerusalem Radio, “We do not trust America and its policies, regardless of the problems of the White House. We believe that America is constantly biased towards the enemy and never takes a moral stance towards issues of other nations .”

Azzam indicated that Biden is trying to restore what former President Donald Trump left behind of chaos and madness, and to improve America’s image, not through fairness to the oppressed and finding moral solutions. The form differs, but its essence does not.
He explained that Biden is trying to strengthen the axis that can be at the front and center in support of the US policy, and unconditionally to whatever “Israel” is doing
He added saying that for these reasons and more the Biden administration seeks to form a new alliance led by America in the region
He stressed that the visit undoubtedly carries malicious intents that only benefit America, pointing out that Biden is trying to cover that front, and reassure America’s allies, especially that after a year and a half in his term he has not presented anything new, and said: “We do not think that there is a new vision for the Palestinian cause or new solutions.”

Sheik Azzam expressed that the file of normalization should not be brought to Saudi Arabia and that the countries that went through it should reconsider their normalization policies.
