Pro-Palestine activists in Vancouver, Canada called Saturday, 21 January 2023 for boycotting Puma over its sponsorship of the Israeli Football Association.
Tens of Palestine supporters took to the street and called for boycotting PUNM for sponsoring the Israeli occupation Football Association whose clubs are based in illegal settlements built on stolen Palestinian lands.
The Participants set up an information stall and distributed brochures aiming to raise awareness about the Palestinian cause and the constant crimes of the Israeli occupation.
PUMA is the main sponsor of the Israel Football Association(IFA), which governs and advocates on behalf of teams in illegal Israeli settlements built on the occupied Palestinian lands.
