The Emergency Committee of Palestinian Prisoners decided Thursday, February 23, 2023 to hold a protest  tomorrow in the prison yards after Friday prayer, in implementation of its call to consider tomorrow a day of rage in response to the crimes and massacres of the Israeli occupation.

For the tenth day in a row, Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons continue their struggle of civil disobedience, in rejection of the punitive measures of the extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, which aims to harass them.

Over the past week, the occupation prison administration has escalated its threats in various prisons as for Yesterday, Wednesday, the occupation forces special repression units stormed the sections in Gilboa prison, and imposed collective punishments against Palestinian prisoners.The prison administration renewed its threats against prisoners, and summoned forces to the prison, among them (Masada forces), considered as the most violent and brutal.

It is noteworthy that, on the 14th of this February, Palestinian prisoners began to implement a series of civil disobedience steps, mainly represented by obstructing the so-called (security check), where prisoners are taken out while they are handcuffed. Instead of  taking a specific place and short period of time, it now takes hours for the prison administration to conduct it.

Palestinian prisoners also called on Palestinians everywhere to make tomorrow Friday a day of wrath in support of the prisoners and Palestinian occupied cities.
