Palestinian detainee Khader Adnan entered Sunday, April 9, 2023, his 64th day of open hunger strike in Israeli prisons in protest against his administrative detention.

He refused to conduct any medical examinations and receive treatment, while the Israeli prison services continue to abuse him.

The detainee Adnan, 44, has been subjected to great pressure and abuse operations since the Israeli occupation forces detained him.

He is currently held in the Ramleh prison clinic center in inhumane conditions despite the deterioration of his health status, while the Israeli occupation ignores his legal demands for freedom.

Similarly, Israeli occupation forces frequently assault Khader to break his determination and suspend his hunger strike.

On February 5, 2023, Israeli occupation forces Detained Khader Adnan after breaking into his home in occupied Jenin and terrorizing his family and relatives.

Adnan has spent about eight years, most of them in administrative detention inside Israeli prisons as he was detained by IOF 12 times.

According to Palestinian statistics, Israeli occupation currently detains 4765 Palestinians, including 29 females, 150 minors, 1015 administrative detainees, and 600 patients.
