The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) said today, Sunday, that the Israeli occupation is targeting civilian buildings and destroying roads leading to major hospitals, which are war crimes, adding that we appreciate the steadfastness of the legendary Palestinian people, which are facing the world’s most powerful armies and criminals.

In a statement issued by OIC, the flow of Palestinian blood has not stopped one day, and it is pure blood on the road of freedom.

It added that our Palestinian people have always made sacrifices and are still making them cheap in order to get rid of the oppression of occupation.

It pointed out that the state of cohesion between the components of the homeland is one of the most important achievements of the steadfastness and resistance of our Palestinian people.

It continued that we believe that the resistance of our Palestinian people is fine, and it is the safety valve and the key to liberating Jerusalem.

The Union appreciated the trade union role of all countries of the world that supports the right of our Palestinian people to resist the Israeli occupation, calling for more trade union activities condemning the massacres of the Zionist enemy against civilians, including children, women, patients, medical staff, paramedics, civil defense and others, the last of which was the martyrdom of two doctors as a result of the raids this morning.

It stated, that every occupation has a climax that reaches it, and it has become clear that the Israeli zionist occupation has reached its climax and now it is on its way to fading away.

OIC called upon our people for more solidarity and cohesion, as we have been accustomed to in all previous crises, and we also call to inspect the families whose homes were destroyed as a result of the brutal bombing of the Israeli occupation.

It added that since the first moments of the aggression, all the members of the Islamic Medical, Health, Media, Engineering, Municipal and Labor Union and others have been working in the field side by side with all the components of our Palestinian people, and martyrs have risen from them and many were injured with various injuries.

It went on to say that we support the Palestinian resistance with word and stance, and we have directed all our members, as well as any Zionist aggression, to strengthen our internal front, and to contact all Arab and international unions in order to take positions condemning the aggression.

It added that the destiny of our Palestinian people is to continue resisting the Israeli occupation until it gains its freedom, and the sacrifices that our people are now making in order to get rid of the occupation remains small in front of the cost of continuing the occupation.

Thousands of Israeli warplanes missiles were launched on Gaza Strip left hundreds of martyrs and thousands wounded and led to a mass flee in Gaza Strip.

Israel continues to bombard the Gaza Strip with air raids and artillery shells as it stepped up the deployment of troops and tanks near the besieged Palestinian enclave.

Last night, the Israeli warplanes massacres total families with air raids at dawn Sunday killing at least 33 Palestinians, wounding about 50 others, and flattening at least two apartment buildings over the heads of their residents.

Israel’s aggression against the Gaza Strip has entered its seventh consecutive day, with air raids since last Monday killing at least 181 Palestinians, including 52 children, have been killed and more than 1222 wounded since hostilities flared up on Monday. 

Hundreds of Palestinian families have taken shelter in UN-run schools in northern Gaza to escape Israeli artillery fire.

Despite international calls for an immediate halt of all hostilities, including from United Nations chief Antonio Guterres, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged the offensive will continue.
