Days of Palestine – Salfit

The Israeli occupation authorities today, Saturday, notified the seizure of 17 dunums of lands from the villages of Haris, Sirta, and Burqin, west of Salfit.

The head of the village council, Haris Omar Samara, said that the Israeli occupation authorities intend to open a road linking Barkan settlement with the street called "Aber Samaria."

He added that we expect that the seizure will take place many times what we have been notified of, because of our knowledge of the nature of the street that the occupation is preparing for its apartment.
