Spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qidra said that killing of Abdul-Al Taha, 29, from Khan Younish raised the death toll to four.
He also said that the Israeli occupation forces have also wounded over 550 peaceful protesters, including nine in critical conditions and 15 in moderate conditions.
Al-Qidra reiterated that the Israeli occupation forces are using explosive live ammunition to kill the unarmed protesters.
