Days of Palestine, Al-Naqab –Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished on Monday Arab village of Araqeeb, in Al-Naqab Desert, for 82nd time, residents said.
Large number of Israeli police and Israeli undercover units arrived with military vehicles and bulldozers. The forces the residents out and demolished the houses, sheds and barns.
“This is the 82nd the Israeli occupation demolishes out village,” Sami Araqeeb, a resident in the village said. He pledged to rebuild it again and never leave the land of “family ancestors.

After the destruction of their houses, the villagers sought refuge in the cemetery. “We setup makeshift tents to stay in for a while,” Araqeeb said. “We are going to build our houses again.”
Araqeeb consists of 22 families with 130 members. More than half of the family members are children under 16. All are homeless now.
Israeli occupation destroys Arab villages in Al-Naqab in order to limit their expansion, for one reason, and for the other reason, to force the villagers out of their lands.
