Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation forces arrested on Monday 14 Palestinian boys in different neighbourhoods in East Jerusalem.

Local Palestinian source told Days of Palestine that large Israeli forces stormed several neighbourhoods in the occupied Holy City.
“They broke into the houses and inspected them, searching children with certain names,” the source said. “After the end of the wide-scale campaign, it families of seven children reported the arrest of their sons.”
According to the source, seven boys were arrested in neighbourhood of Silwan and seven others were arrested in the neighbourhood of Al-Issawiiiyeh and Ras Al-Amoud.
Spokesman of the Israeli army said that all the Palestinian boys were taken to interrogation centre in the city to be interrogated about stone throwing at Israeli military jeeps.
It is worth mentioning that none of the boys was accompanied with a family member and this is the norm in the case of arresting Palestinian boys. “Flagrant vilation of the children rights,” head of the Palestinian Prisoners Club said.
