Statistics: 50 days of Israeli war on Gaza

Days of Palestine, Brussels –Euro-Mid Observer issued its latest detailed statistics for the massive Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

According to the statistics, the Israeli occupation has killed 2,127 Palestinian citizens during the 50 days of war. The number of deaths included 544 children and 302 women.

The number of wounded is 10,744, including 3,258 children and 2,089 women. About 3,000 wounded are expected to have lifelong disabilities.

About the Israeli attacks, the Israeli occupation carried out 60,664 attacks, including 8,210 airstrikes, 36,718 tank and artillery shells and 15,736 naval strikes.

The number of houses targeted by the occupation is 16,002, including 2,358 completely destroyed and 13,644 partially destroyed. In addition to thousands of houses, which have been lightly damaged.

About mosques and charities, the statistics showed that 169 mosques were targeted, including 61 completely destroyed. It also said that 31 charities, offering services to more than 200,000 beneficiaries, were destroyed.

Regarding the number of people displaced from their houses, the statistics said that they are 462,090; most of them sheltering in UN schools.

Gaza economic losses, according to the Euro-Mid statistics, are estimated by $3.460billion resulted of targeting 324 commercial and industrial facilities, as well as public and private services installations.
