DaysofPal- Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets in several major European cities on Saturday, protesting the continued Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Mass rallies were held in Paris, Madrid, and dozens of other Spanish cities, Berlin, Brussels, and the UK city of Manchester, with participants expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people and demanding an immediate ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.
Protesters waved Palestinian flags and held signs condemning the atrocities committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian population.
Demonstrators also called for an end to double standards in international policy and urged that Israel be held accountable for its crimes, particularly the massacres of children and civilians.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, ignoring international pleas and defying orders by the International Court of Justice to halt the assault.
The onslaught has resulted in approximately 180,000 Palestinians killed or wounded, most of them women and children, in addition to over 11,000 missing persons, hundreds of thousands displaced, and a famine that has claimed the lives of a majority of Gaza’s population.
