Israeli occupation forces initiated a series of arrests and conducted extensive raids across various cities and towns in the West Bank during the early hours of Monday morning.

Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a Palestinian teenager and arrested four others in a raid on Nablus, a city in the occupied West Bank.

A Palestinian youth was wounded by a live bullet in his foot when Israeli occupation forces stormed several areas in the city, searched a house of a killed Palestinian and a coffee shop, and fired live ammunition and tear gas.

According to Palestinian medical sources, the injured teen was hit in the leg and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

In Jenin, Israeli occupation forces raided the town of al-Zababdeh injuring a Palestinian teenager with live bullets and causing dozens of others to suffocate from tear gas inhalation.

In a series of raids in the southern West Bank, Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinians on Monday, one of them a teenager, according to local sources.

Nablus and Jenin are among the largest and most populated cities in the West Bank, which has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967.

The city has witnessed frequent raids and arrests by Israeli occupation forces, as well as protests and resistance by Palestinians against the occupation and its policies.
