Israeli Occupation Court issued Tuesday, 24 January 2023 a decision to demolish a Palestinian-inhabited house in the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Al-Bustan in the town of Silwan.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation court issued a final decision to demolish the house of the Palestinian family of Al-Rishq in the Al-Bustan neighborhood in a preparatory step to forcibly displace Palestinian residents of the neighborhood.
The Palestinian residents of the Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan are facing imminent danger of being forcibly expelled in order to establish a garden on the ruins of the Palestinian-inhabited houses after all the structural plans that were submitted to Israeli occupation authorities to license the entire neighborhood were rejected.
