Israeli occupation forces IOF on Friday night, July 22, broke into the Silwan town, south of Jerusalem, and target the Palestinian homes with tear gas and stun grenades.
Local sources reported that the Israeli forces broke into the Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood and heavily fired tear gas canisters at the Palestinian homes. Moreover, the Israeli forces attacked and damaged Palestinian-owned vehicles and properties.
At least 90 Palestinians, including children and women, were reportedly assaulted and injured as a result of their exposure to the intense tear gas.
Moreover, Israeli occupation forces detained the Palestinian Zuhair Al-Rajabi and his son Hamza after breaking into his house and searching it.
In a related incident, the Israeli forces raided Al-Issawyia town, firing tear gas canisters. Meanwhile, settlers attack the Palestinian properties in the Al-Masrarah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.
