Israeli gunfire targeted and injured Thursday, September 22, 2022 three Palestinians, including a disabled person, during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the town of Beit Ummar, to the north of Hebron, according to eyewitnesses.
Mohammad Awad, a Palestinian activist, stated that an Israeli army force stormed the neighborhood of Al-Dahr, sparking confrontations with residents.
He added that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition and rubber-coated bullets at the Palestinian protesters, injuring Jihad Fayez Salibi, 24, a disabled Palestinian man, shooting him in the foot while he was standing in front of his home. He was moved to hospital for medical treatment.
Another two Palestinians were also injured in their feet, and were treated immediatly by medics.
