Israeli settlers chased Monday, September 12, 2022 Palestinian shepherds as their livestock was grazing, to the east of Khallet Makhoul, in the northern lowlands of the occupied West Bank.
“Settlers from the settlement outposts, accompanied by wild dogs, chased Palestinian shepherds as they were grazing their livestock in the pastures spread east of Makhoul.” Aref Daraghmeh, a human rights activist in the Jordan Valley stated.
Often, Israelis in the northern Jordan Valley restrict the cattle of Palestinian farmers from grazing in the open pastures while being protected by Israeli occupation soldiers.
Israeli soldiers always force Palestinian shepherds to leave their fields, which makes limits grazing pastures.
