The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas hailed Arab and Islamic masses who widely take part in rallies to commemorate Quds Day on Friday, April 14, 2023.
During a rally to commemorate Quds Day, the leader of the Hamas movement in Gaza Yahya Al-Sinwar stated that the resistance will always support and protect the steadfastness of the Jerusalemite people.
Al-Sinwar also called on the Palestinian people in Jerusalem, West Bank, and 1948-occupied lands to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the ‘religious war’ waged by the occupation against Jerusalem’s Islamic and Christian sanctities.
In his speech, Al-Sinwar stressed the need for the unity of the Arab and Islamic countries and ending the disputes between them in order to rally around the first issue of Muslims.
The senior Hamas official affirmed that the Palestinian people are prepared to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque and other holy sites and sanctities from Israeli violations.
Earlier on Friday, a statement by the Hamas movement called on the Arab and Muslim nations to mobilize all efforts in order to rally more support for our Palestinian people.
The statement also hailed the Palestinian people at home and in refugee camps abroad who have embraced the option of comprehensive resistance to defend their homeland.
Several rallies took place on Friday in different Arab and Islamic counties to commemorate Quds Day and renew support of the Palestinian people and resistance.
