A member of the Hamas political bureau, Harun Nasser El-Din, confirmed that the occupation seeks, by escalating the pace of arrests against Palestinians and targeting the released prisoners, to weaken the Palestinian resistance.
Nasser El-Din said, in a press statement, “These arrests will not weaken our people’s resolve, but rather increase our determination to continue working until the occupation is defeated and ended.”
He praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian detainees in the occupation jails and the Palestinian youth’s resistance to the Israeli occupation incursions and their determination to defend the Palestinian people and Palestinian cities and holy sites.
At dawn today, Tuesday, the occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests in the cities of the West Bank, which included a number of released Palestinian prisoners in Hebron.
It’s noteworthy that the occupation carries out almost daily arrests in the cities of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, targeting Palestinians of all categories, including children, women, and the elderly.
