Scores of Israeli settlers invaded on Tuesday morning, February 21, 2023 the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed provocative rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Local sources in Jerusalem reported that tens of Israeli settlers broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa and provocatively performed Talmudic rituals from the Al-Maghareba Gate area.

Israeli settlers carry out incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces on a daily basis.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation authorities impose suffocating restrictions on the Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa Mosque, and check their personal identities, and detain some of them at its external gates and regularly banning worshippers from entering the holy Mosque.

Recently, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem began civil disobedience in four major towns in protest of the Israeli ongoing crimes. Palestinian figures showed earlier on Tuesday that 4516 Israeli Jewish settlers have invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem since the start of January 2023.
