DaysofPal – The “Rada’a” Unit, the field wing of Resistance Security in the Gaza Strip, announced its readiness to launch a comprehensive accountability campaign targeting those involved in exploiting wartime conditions and the suffering of citizens for illicit gains.
In a statement, the unit stressed that Resistance Security will not allow the suffering of Palestinians to be turned into an opportunity for blackmail or unlawful enrichment, emphasizing that the measures to be taken will be strict against anyone who tampers with community security or violates the dignity of citizens.
“Rada’a” called on the Palestinian public to immediately report any violations or suspicious practices, noting that every piece of information received is directly transferred into field action to deter corrupt actors and protect people’s rights.
The unit concluded its statement by emphasizing that preserving social cohesion under these difficult circumstances is a shared national responsibility and that Resistance Security will continue its role in protecting citizens and pursuing anyone who exploits their needs or infringes on their rights.
This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in place since the 10th of last month under the Sharm el-Sheikh agreement mediated by Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey.
Israeli forces continue launching scattered attacks on the Strip and restricting the entry of humanitarian aid.
Earlier today, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced that the death toll since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, has risen to 69,785, the majority of them women and children.
