Gaza Genocide Day 454
DaysofPal-Thursday marked another harrowing chapter in Gaza’s ongoing tragedy, as relentless Israeli airstrikes claimed the lives of at least 52 Palestinians, including men, women, children, and the elderly.
From the early hours of the day, heavy bombardments shook Gaza City and its surroundings, leaving neighborhoods in ruins and hospitals overwhelmed.
Medical sources reported that 20 people were killed in just two hours of intense airstrikes targeting residential areas.
Mahmoud Bassal, spokesperson for Gaza’s Civil Defense, described the escalating attacks as acts of “systematic cleansing and annihilation,” with the entire region grappling with catastrophic humanitarian conditions.
Mass Casualties
In Khan Younis, an Israeli airstrike on a building housing the Ministry of Interior claimed six lives, including Omar Suleiman Abu Awad, Mahmoud Faraj Abu Jazar, Talal Ahmad Talal Sharab, and Muhammad Yasin Kamel Al-Farra. Similar tragedies unfolded across Gaza:
In addition, In Gaza City’s Al-Oyoun Street, four civilians were killed in a strike near Hassan Salama School, followed by another attack that killed five more.
Furthermore, In Jabalia, five residents were killed, with survivors describing scenes of unimaginable horror as victims were pulled from the rubble and rushed to Al-Mamdani Hospital.
Grim Death Toll
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported staggering numbers: 45,581 Palestinians killed and 108,438 injured since the onset of Israel’s offensive on October 7, 2023.
The relentless bombardment has devastated Gaza’s civilian population, targeting homes, schools, and critical infrastructure.
Drone strikes and naval bombardments added to the crimes:
- In the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, a drone attack killed one civilian, while another strike near Palestine Square left two dead and several wounded.
- Eight civilians were killed and others gravely injured in drone attacks between Al-Masdar and Al-Maghazi, with casualties taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Israeli forces have intensified their assault, striking every corner of the besieged territory. Gaza’s residents, already enduring a crippling humanitarian crisis, face unprecedented levels of devastation.
The continued targeting of densely populated civilian areas has left nowhere safe, as hospitals struggle to manage the growing number of casualties.
