Dozens of Israeli Jewish settlers invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem under the protection of Israeli occupation forces on Monday morning, February 20, 2023.
The Palestinian Department of Islamic Endowment in occupied Jerusalem reported that dozens of Israeli extremist settlers broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque and carried out provocative tours at its courtyards.
It added that Israeli settlers performed provocative Talmudic rituals under heavy guard from Israeli occupation forces.
In addition, the Israeli settlers received lectures about their alleged temple, the Endowment pointed out.
On a daily basis, Israeli settlers carry out incursions into the blessed Mosque in Jerusalem and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation authorities impose suffocating restrictions on the Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa Mosque, regularly banning worshippers from entering the holy Mosque.
In addition, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli incursions, which increased with the beginning of the Netanyahu government.
Earlier on Sunday, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem began civil disobedience in four major towns in protest of the Israeli ongoing crimes.
Palestinian figures showed earlier on Tuesday that 4516 Israeli Jewish settlers have invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem since the start of January 2023.
