Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out large-scale detention campaigns in the occupied West Bank on Monday morning, February 20.
Palestinian local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces detained several Palestinians after raiding their homes in Ramallah, Jenin, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.
IOF invaded several Palestinian homes in the Ramallah towns of Salwad and Na’lin and kidnapped four Palestinians, including the ex-detainee Mohammed Hamed.
In addition, Israeli occupation forces kidnapped two Palestinian youths after invading their homes in Al-Khadr town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces invaded Jabaa village, south of occupied Jenin. The forces kidnapped two Palestinian youths as well.
The IOF also kidnapped four other Palestinians after breaking into their homes in the Jerusalem towns of Hazma, Al-Ram, and Al-Issawiya.
Earlier on Sunday, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem began civil disobedience in four major towns in protest of the Israeli ongoing crimes.
Israeli occupation forces carry out daily detention campaigns and incursions into the Palestinians’ homes in the occupied West Bank. The Israeli raids aim at terrorizing, kidnapping or even killing Palestinians.
Israeli occupation forces kidnapped about 598 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem in January 2023, according to Palestinian figures.
