DayofPal-The United States has requested Turkey to prevent the departure of 15 ships that are heading to the Gaza Strip as part are part of a maritime fleet.
The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed the news on Thursday evening, adding that the new fleet includes 60 ships, many of which participated in the previous flotilla that was stopped at the island of Crete.
Currently, there are 35 ships docked in Crete, including 15 Turkish ships.
Yedioth Ahronoth noted that that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has sent messages regarding this matter to his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
The new fleet is expected to arrive on the fifteenth of this month near the coasts of occupied Palestine, marking the Nakba day.
Separately, on this day, Israel is preparing to open Al-Aqsa Mosque for settlers with 13 officials from the Knesset requesting to open the courtyards of Al-Aqsa for en masse incursions.
