DaysofPal- Two Palestinian boys were wounded by Israeli gunfire early Thursday in southern Gaza, as Israeli military attacks continue to escalate across the Strip.
According to local sources, 14-year-old Fouad Zaher al-Najjar was shot in the foot while inside his family’s tent in the al-Maslakh area, south of Khan Younis. In the same area, 14-year-old Ahmad Mohammad al-Basyouni was shot in the back while sleeping inside his tent.
Later that morning, Israeli artillery shelled the northwestern areas of Rafah in southern Gaza. Additional artillery fire targeted areas east of al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on eastern Khan Younis, accompanied by heavy military aircraft presence over southern Gaza. Another strike was reported in the eastern part of the city.
In Gaza City, Israeli military vehicles opened direct fire toward residential homes near al-Zeitoun Club in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood east of the city.
These incidents come amid ongoing Israeli violations across multiple areas of Gaza. Daily attacks continue to result in civilian casualties, including deaths and injuries, throughout the besieged enclave.
