DaysofPal- Israeli forces have carried out hundreds of violations of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, killing 350 Palestinians over the past 47 days, according to a new report released Thursday by the Gaza Center for Human Rights.
The organization said that despite the truce, which took effect on October 10, 2025, daily field monitoring shows continuous breaches, including air and artillery strikes, ground incursions, sniper fire, deliberate targeting of civilians, and severe restrictions on humanitarian aid.
These actions, the center stated, demonstrate a clear lack of genuine commitment by Israeli forces to halting military operations.
The report documented a total of 535 violations during the 47-day period, an average of more than eleven breaches per day. According to the center, 350 Palestinians were killed, among them 130 children, 54 women, and 14 elderly people.
These vulnerable groups together make up more than half of all fatalities. Another 889 Palestinians were injured during the same period, with women, children, and the elderly constituting the majority of the wounded.
Most of those killed or injured, the center noted, were targeted inside the designated “yellow line,” an area that was supposed to serve as a protective zone under the terms of the ceasefire.
The Gaza Center for Human Rights stressed that Israeli forces have also failed to adhere to the agreed-upon withdrawal map, continuing to maintain fire control over residential areas while engaging in what it described as daily structural destruction.
Homes that survived previous bombardments have been systematically demolished, further eroding the living environment of civilians who have already endured two years of devastating warfare.
The organization warned that the humanitarian situation in Gaza is deteriorating rapidly due to ongoing Israeli restrictions.
It said that although the Israeli claims it is allowing around 600 aid trucks into Gaza each day, monitoring shows that only 211 trucks on average have actually entered daily. Fuel remains completely banned, paralyzing hospitals, bakeries, and essential water and sanitation networks.
Medical supplies and equipment needed to repair vital infrastructure continue to be blocked.
The Rafah crossing also remains closed in both directions, preventing travel and restricting movement for the sick, injured, and displaced. The center noted that thousands of aid trucks remain stuck at border crossings, waiting for Israeli approval that never arrives.
In addition to the humanitarian crisis, the center reported that Israel continues to hold hundreds of Palestinians in detention while refusing to disclose their whereabouts. Testimonies from recently released detainees reveal patterns of forced disappearance, mistreatment, torture, and sexual violence.
According to the center, these practices, along with continued bombardments and destruction, show that the violations are not isolated incidents but part of a broader and ongoing pattern that amounts to a continuation of the genocide inflicted on Gaza’s population over the last two years.
