Members of the Chilean Parliamentary Group of Palestinian Origin in the Senate of Chile condemned on Wednesday, August 10th, the Israeli aggression and targeting of Palestinian civilians.
The group said in a statement on Wednesday, “We, as legislators and friends of Palestine, reject these crimes, and we hope that the Chilean government and the international community, which condemn the events in Ukraine, will do the same towards what is happening in occupied Palestine.”
The statement affirmed the right of the Palestinian people to live in peace on their land.
This all comes as a reaction to the short-lived yet intense attack over the strip that started over the weekend and took the life of 44 civilians among which 16 children.
