Palestinian prisoner Jamal Abdelfatah Al-Hour, 48, entered on Sunday, November 13, his 26th consecutive year in Israeli prisons, the Palestinian Prisoners Society PPS reported.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society stated in a press statement that prisoner Al-Hour was detained in Israeli prions in 1992 one month after his marriage. He was released one year later.
In 1997, prisoner Al-Hour was detained and sentenced to life imprisonment five times and 18 years, the Society added. He went through a harsh interrogation.
In addition, the PPS pointed out that 48-year-old prisoner Al-Hour is a father of two children, and he published several literary works while in prison.
About 4700 Palestinians, including 30 women and 190 minors are currently held in Israeli prisons under difficult humanitarian conditions.
