Palestinian marches took place today, Wednesday, April 5, 2023, across the besieged Gaza Strip condemning the Israeli attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque last night.
Local Palestinian sources reported that hundreds of Palestinians participated in mass demonstrations in Gaza in response to the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the attack on Palestinian worshipers inside.
Yesterday, the Israeli troops stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, besieged the worshipers in the Al-Qibli prayer hall, and opened fire on them after they climbed onto the roofs of the prayer hall and broke the windows.
The occupation forces tied the worshipers inside the mosque and brutally beat them using their high-tech weapons, which led to the injury of dozens, and some of them were transferred to the hospital.
Local sources said that the occupation forces surrounded the mosque and prevented the medical staff from treating the injured, and assaulted them.
The Israeli gangs also detained more than 400 Palestinian worshipers during their storming of the mosque.
