Days of Palestine – Gaza
Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) on Friday flooded more than 500 dunums of agricultural land east of Al-Zaitoun and Al-Shejaiya neighborhoods, east of Gaza City, with rain water, after opening the dams, resulting in heavy material and agricultural losses for the second day in a row .
Local sources said that the occupation forces opened rainwater ferries east of Gaza City, which led to the flooding of hundreds of agricultural dunums east of the Zaytoun and Shujaeya neighborhoods in the east of the city, in addition to the flooding of dozens of agricultural dunums east of Beit Hanoun town in the northern Gaza Strip.
The occupation forces deliberately open water ferryboats every period during the winter season to flood the citizens' agricultural lands and properties.
