In mid-January, the occupation authorities were notified of the demolition of the prisoner's house, where the family was informed of the military court’s decision to demolish the two-story house, measuring 180 square meters, which housed 4 children and their mother.

And the Israeli occupation authorities announced earlier, that the captive Muhammad Qabha was the perpetrator of the operation that resulted in the death of a settlement, and indicated that he carried out it in revenge for the captive Kamal Abu Waer.

On December 24, Israeli special units arrested "Arabists", the released prisoner, Muhammad Marwah Qabha, 36, from the village of Tura, southwest of Jenin, and abused his family members.

On December 20, the occupation army announced that it had found the body of an Israeli settler in a bush west of Jenin.

The official of the northern West Bank settlements, "Yossi Dagan," said at the time that the talk was about a Palestinian commando operation, and that the settlement was killed by throwing a large stone on its head.

The family of the prisoner was subjected to arrest, assault, beating, and abuse after her son was arrested, in addition to taking measurements of the house more than once in preparation for its demolition.
