Days of Palestine – Tulkarm
The Israeli occupation forces at dawn on Monday stormed "the Martyr Thabet Hospital" in Tulkarm, in the northern occupied West Bank, and threw sound bombs inside it, which terrified patients and confused work in all departments.
The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, stated that the Israeli occupation soldiers stormed the hospital and fired four stun grenades inside, one of them in the reception hall and three in the emergency yard.
The Minister denounced the Israeli crime that violates all international conventions and norms and the Geneva Conventions, calling on the international community to intervene to protect our people and put an end to the repeated Israeli attacks.
She explained that the Israeli occupation forces attacked 3 Palestinian hospitals in less than a month, which are Al-Durra Hospital in the Gaza Strip, which was damaged by Israeli shelling, the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, and Thabet Hospital in Tulkarm.
The minister saluted the medical and health staff working in all hospitals, who are facing two fierce enemies simultaneously: coronavirus and the Israeli occupation.
Al-Kaila indicated that many patients, especially children and the elderly, were affected by panic and tension as a result of the intrusion.
