The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday demolished commercial facilities, and garages near the village of Sawahira, Jabal Al-Mukaber, and the town of Al-Eizariya, east of occupied Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses reported that bulldozers and vehicles of the Israeli army, accompanied by a number of patrols, stormed garages and commercial establishments on Wadi al-Nar road near the "Container" military checkpoint, and proceeded to demolish, dismantle and confiscate their contents.
It also demolished a garage to repair vehicles in Jabal al-Kibar and another in al-Eizariya, east of the city.
Akram Fouad Shqirat said that the Israeli occupation municipality in Jerusalem demolished a "mechanic" garage for repairing vehicles owned by it made of bricks, iron, and zinc, in addition to the entrance to the garage in the Al-Sala'a neighborhood of Jabal Al-Mukaber, adding that it wreaked havoc and corruption in its neighboring land during the Demolition process.
In al-Eizariya, eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished a garage to repair vehicles owned by Mahmoud al-Basha, in Wadi al-Jeer, the road linking the towns of al-Eizariya, al-Sawahrah and Abu Dis, under the pretext of not being licensed.
