Dozens of Palestinians and American citizens and activists protested in Texas City on Sunday against Israel’s plan to annex some parts of the occupied West Bank.
The protesters raised Palestine flags and banners to condemn the annexation and Israel’s settlement activity in the occupied territories.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had announced earlier that the annexation would begin in July 2020, but due to disagreements among officials in the Israeli government and concerns of the U.S. administration, it has been delayed.
