Dozens of Palestinians were injured on Saturday from teargas inhalation fired by Israeli soldiers at Palestinians protesting Israel’s attacks on Gaza, according to witnesses.

Students from Birzeit University demonstrated at the Israeli army checkpoint in Ramallah and were attacked with teargas, said the witnesses, causing dozens of injuries.

The checkpoint was closed after this incident.
