Israeli occupation kills Palestinian in Gaza

Days of Palestine -

Israeli occupation forces killed on Friday Palestinian youth during peaceful protest near the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian health ministry in Gaza said that a 26-year-old Palestinian Mohamed abu-Si’da was shot dead during afternoon protests near the borders.

The ministry also reported that three other civilians taking part in the protests were also wounded and admitted to hospital.

Eyewitnesses said that the Palestinian youth used to take part in the almost weekly protests near the borders with Israel (occupied Palestine).

According to the eyewitnesses, the Israeli occupation forces shot tear gas at the protestors, who responded with stones. Just a while later on, the Israeli occupation forces used live ammunition to disperse the protestors.

The Israeli occupation forces claimed dozens of Palestinians breached the buffer zone, damaged the fence, threw rocks at soldiers, burned tires and “attempted to infiltrate Israel.”
